With the triumph, Southeast Polk advances its record to 12-6 on the season. The Rams host Valley (West Des Moines, IA) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Monday, June 9. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 10-4. Valley lost 12-9 in their recent non-league match against Kennedy (Cedar Rapids, IA)

The Hawks now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northwest for a CIML match on Monday, June 9. Ankeny will battle a Wolves squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Waukee (Waukee, IA). The Wolves record now stands at 6-1.
