The Bulldogs now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to A-D-M for a non-league test on Friday, June 6. Van Meter will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 7-1 league loss to Carlisle (Carlisle, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-7.

With the defeat, Madrid drops to 3-4 on the year. The Tigers host Estherville Lincoln Central (Estherville, IA) to clash with the Midgets in a non-league test on Saturday, June 7. The Midgets go into the test with a record of 5-6. Estherville Lincoln Central lost 14-6 in their recent league test against Spencer (Spencer, IA)
