In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Central Woodstock Falcons softball team scored a tight 10-5 win over the Page County Panthers.
The Falcons (21-2) will now prepare for their match against Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA). The Chargers come into the non-league match with a 17-2 record. In their last match, Lunenburg Central was routed by King William (King William, VA), 9-5, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the King William Cavaliers (King William, VA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, June 10. Page County will attempt to better on its 20-4 season record.
