Alaska High School Softball - Sitka bounces Ketchikan

In Friday's non-league match, the host Sitka Wolves softball team scored a tight 9-2 win over the Ketchikan Kings.

The Wolves (20-14) will now prepare for their match against Soldotna (Soldotna, AK). The Stars come into the non-league match with a 17-4 record. In their last match, Soldotna nipped Delta (Delta Junction, AK), 19-11, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Kings battle the Delta Huskies (Delta Junction, AK) in a non-league match, on Friday, June 6. Ketchikan will attempt to better on its 16-18 season record. The Huskies come into the match with a 11-7 record after their 7-2 league win over Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK).
