In Friday's non-league test, the Lawrence County Bulldogs (Louisa, KY) softball squad got by the visiting Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY), by a tally of 5-4.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Taylor County Cardinals (Campbellsville, KY) in a non-league test, on Saturday, June 7. Lawrence County will attempt to advance on its 21-7 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 28-8 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Letcher County Central (Whitesburg, KY).
The Marshals (34-10) will now prepare for their test against Lawrence County (Louisa, KY). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 21-7 record. In their last test, Lawrence County held off Marshall County (Benton, KY), 5-4, in a non-league test.
