Hodgdon Hawks (Hodgdon, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME), 15-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Hawks now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southern Aroostook for a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 9. Hodgdon will face a Warriors squad coming off a 24-14 non-league win over Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Central Aroostook falls to 3-7 on the campaign.
