The West Burlington Falcons routed the visiting Mediapolis Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Falcons (11-0) will now prepare for their battle against Grinnell (Grinnell, IA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Grinnell topped Van Buren County (Keosauqua, IA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hillcrest Academy for a non-league battle on Monday, June 10. Mediapolis will meet a Ravens squad coming off a 12-3 league loss to Wapello (Wapello, IA). The Ravens record now stands at 2-4.
