The Trinity Christian Tigers routed the host West Sioux Falcons softball squad by a count of 17-3 in Friday's league battle.

The Tigers (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Okoboji (Milford, IA). The Pioneers go into the non-league battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Okoboji was routed by Unity Christian (Orange City, IA), 7-6, in a non-league battle.

The Falcons now sport a 0-10 record. They play next when they travel to Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union for a War Eagle battle on Monday, June 10. West Sioux will meet a Royals squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake, IA). The Royals record now stands at 4-7.
