The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the CAM Cougars (Anita, IA) and the visiting Underwood Eagles (Underwood, IA), observed CAM's softball team prevail over Underwood by a tally of 20-1.

The Cougars (8-0) will now prepare for their bout against Essex (Essex, IA). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Essex was routed by East Mills (Malvern, IA), 14-10, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Sioux City North Stars (Sioux City, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, June 9. Underwood will attempt to advance on its 2-10 season record. The Stars go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 13-12 league loss to Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA).
