In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings baseball team scored a tight 4-0 victory over the West Cabarrus Wolverines.
The Vikings (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Jay M. Robinson (Concord, NC). The Bulldogs go into the South Piedmont 3A game with a 8-4 record. In their last game, Jay M. Robinson tipped A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 6-5, in a league game.
The Wolverines (1-12) will now prepare for their game against South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls go into the non-league game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, South Stanly was overwhelmed by Randleman (Randleman, NC), 22-0, in a non-league game.
