Buchanan Bucks (Buchanan, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Bronson Vikings (Bronson, MI), 6-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Bucks now own a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ravenna for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 11. Buchanan will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 27-8.
With the loss, Bronson falls to 6-5 on the campaign.
