In Monday's league test, the North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA) softball squad the visiting Lake Mills Bulldogs (Lake Mills, IA), by a tally of 12-10.

Next, the Warriors meet the West Hancock Eagles (Britt, IA) in a Top of Iowa-West test, on Tuesday, June 10. North Union will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 0-7 record after their 10-2 non-league loss to Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA).

The Bulldogs (1-9) will now prepare for their test against North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA). The Bison go into the Top of Iowa-West test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, North Iowa held off Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA), 14-13, in a league test.
