In Tuesday's league game, the host Waukon Indians baseball team scored a close 7-0 victory over the Crestwood Cadets.

The Indians (10-15) will now prepare for their game against MFL MarMac (Monona, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 20-7 record. In their last game, MFL MarMac was overwhelmed by Marquette (Bellevue, IA), 13-3, in a non-league game.

Next, the Cadets face the Oelwein Huskies (Oelwein, IA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, July 2. Crestwood will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record. The Huskies enter the game with a 5-18 record after their 9-5 league loss to Jesup (Jesup, IA).
