The Indianola Indians baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Urbandale J-Hawks to 3 in the Indians non-league win on Tuesday.
The Indians now hold a 26-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carlisle for a non-league test on Thursday, July 3.
With the defeat, Urbandale drops to 11-19 on the year. The J-hawks travel to Johnston (Johnston, IA) to play the Dragons in a CIML test on Wednesday, July 2. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 18-10. Johnston lost 5-1 in their recent league test against Southeast Polk (Pleasant Hill, IA)
