The Central Lyon Lions baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Sibley-Ocheyedan Generals to 2 in the Lions league win on Tuesday.

The Lions now own a 8-15 record. They take the field next when they host St. Mary's for a non-league test on Tuesday, July 2. Central Lyon will play a Hawks team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Earlham (Earlham, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 20-3.

With the defeat, Sibley-Ocheyedan drops to 2-14 on the year. The Generals travel to Sheldon (Sheldon, IA) to play the Orabs in a non-league test on Wednesday, July 3. The Orabs go into the test with a record of 4-12. Sheldon lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against West Lyon (Inwood, IA)
