The Fort Madison Bloodhounds baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Davis County Mustangs to 11 in the Bloodhounds non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bloodhounds now own a 10-13 record. They take the field next when they host Ottumwa for a non-league test on Wednesday, July 3. Fort Madison will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Waukee (Waukee, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 26-8.

With the defeat, Davis County drops to 7-19 on the year. The Mustangs host Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, IA) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Wednesday, July 3. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 18-6. Mt. Pleasant won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Mediapolis (Mediapolis, IA)
