The Cedar Falls Tigers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Dubuque Senior Rams to 3 in the Tigers non-league win on Wednesday.
The Tigers now hold a 17-11 record. They take the field next when they host Kennedy for a non-league test on Thursday, July 3. Cedar Falls will play a Cougars team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Independence (Independence, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 25-10.
With the defeat, Dubuque Senior drops to 14-17 on the year. The Rams travel to Prairie (Cedar Rapids, IA) to play the Hawks in a non-league test on Thursday, July 3. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 15-5. Prairie lost 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Ankeny (Ankeny, IA)
