The Clear Creek-Amana Clippers baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Iowa City Little Hawks to 2 in the Clippers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Clippers now own a 18-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Solon for a non-league test on Thursday, July 3.

With the defeat, Iowa City drops to 34-10 on the year. The Little hawks host Waterloo West (Waterloo, IA) to clash with the Wahawks in a Mississippi Valley - Valley test on Monday, July 7. The Wahawks go into the test with a record of 5-30.
