The Louisa-Muscatine Falcons softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Davenport North Wildcats to 2 in the Falcons non-league win on Wednesday.

The Falcons now sport a 25-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Lee for a non-league battle on Thursday, July 3. Louisa-Muscatine will confront a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Danville (Danville, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 24-7.

With the loss, Davenport North moves to 15-20 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Clinton (Clinton, IA) to confront the River Kings in a Mississippi Athletic battle on Thursday, July 3. The River Kings come into the battle with a record of 4-25. Clinton lost 9-7 in their recent non-league battle against West Branch (West Branch, IA)
