The Osage Green Devils softball team scored 18 runs and held the host Nashua-Plainfield Huskies to 0 in the Green Devils league win on Wednesday.

The Green Devils now sport a 25-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newman Catholic for a Top of Iowa-East battle on Thursday, July 3. Osage will confront a Knights team coming off a 7-0 league win over Central Springs (Manly, IA). The Knights record now stands at 18-4.

With the loss, Nashua-Plainfield moves to 4-20 on the season. The Huskies travel to Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA) to confront the Falcons in a non-league battle on Thursday, July 3. The Falcons come into the battle with a record of 3-22. Aplington-Parkersburg lost 13-6 in their recent non-league battle against South Hardin (Eldora, IA)
