The Ryle Raiders volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Lafayette Generals to 1 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Sunday.
The Raiders now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Paul Laurence Dunbar for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 20. Ryle will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Lafayette (Lexington, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Lafayette drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Madison Central (Richmond, KY) to play the Indians in a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 21. The Indians come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
