The Davenport North Wildcats baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Muscatine Muskies to 2 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (22-17) will now prepare for their match against Western Dubuque (Epworth, IA). The Bobcats go into the non-league match with a 18-3 record. In their last match, Western Dubuque edged Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA), 7-0, in a non-league match.
The Muskies (12-22) will now prepare for their match against Iowa City (Iowa City, IA). The Little Hawks go into the non-league match with a 31-15 record. In their last match, Iowa City edged Marion (Marion, IA), 10-5, in a non-league match.
