Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA), 16-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now own a 27-9 record. They take the field next when they host A-D-M for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, July 5. Southeast Polk will face a Tigers squad coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Indianola (Indianola, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 22-11.

With the loss, Carlisle falls to 28-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Boone (Boone, IA) to face the Toreadors in a non-league challenge on Monday, July 3. The Toreadors enter the challenge with a record of 14-15.
