With the triumph, Prairie City-Monroe advances its record to 7-10 on the season. The Mustangs travel to East Marshall (Le Grand, IA) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, July 5. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 11-12.

The Rams now have a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Atlantic for a non-league match on Monday, July 7. Greene County will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 7-5 league win over Red Oak (Red Oak, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-14.
