The Johnston Dragons nipped the host Northwest Wolves baseball squad by a score of 7-6 in Thursday's league outing.
Next up, the Dragons battle the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs (Dallas Center, IA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, July 7. Johnston will attempt to advance on its 20-10 season record. The Mustangs come into the outing with a 20-9 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Ankeny (Ankeny, IA).
