Next up, the Comets encounter the Indianola Indians (Indianola, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, July 9. North Polk will attempt to upgrade on its 22-6 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 27-10 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Ballard (Huxley, IA).
The Little Cyclones (24-16) will now prepare for their bout against Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA). The Maroons enter the non-league bout with a 12-10 record.
