In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Mediapolis Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Davis County Mustangs.
The Bulldogs (16-8) will now prepare for their bout against Davis County (Bloomfield, IA). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 17-8 record. In their last bout, Davis County by Wayne (Corydon, IA), 7-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, July 8. Davis County will attempt to advance on its 17-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 14-8 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Wapello (Wapello, IA).
