With the win, Scholars Guild Academy upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Spartans host Georgia Force Christian (Sugar Hill, GA) to play the Blue Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, August 11. The Blue Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Lightning now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. John Bosco Academy for a bout on Thursday, August 31.
