In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Buford Wolves softball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the South Forsyth War Eagles.
Coming up next, the Wolves battle the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, August 12. Buford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Bears enter the outing with a 3-1 record after their 20-0 league win over Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA).
The War Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Pope (Marietta, GA). The Greyhounds enter the non-league outing with a 4-0 record. In their last outing, Pope ran past Cambridge (Milton, GA), 12-5, in a non-league outing.
