Texas High School Volleyball - Alief Taylor can't hold off Fort Bend Hightower

In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Alief Taylor Lions.

The Hurricanes (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against King (Houston, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, King was edged by La Porte (La Porte, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lions clash with the Madison Marlins (Houston, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 11. Alief Taylor will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record.
