The Byhalia Indians prevailed the visiting Byers Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Indians now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olive Branch for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 15. Byhalia will confront a Conquistadors team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Grenada (Grenada, MS). The Conquistadors record now stands at 0-4.
The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Thrasher (Booneville, MS). The Rebels enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Thrasher gained a win over Ashland (Ashland, MS), 3-0, in a non-league test.
