The George County Rebels volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting D'Iberville Warriors to 0 in the Rebels non-league victory on Thursday.

The Rebels now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Central for a Class 5 Region 8 game on Tuesday, August 15. George County will meet a Hornets team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Long Beach (Long Beach, MS). The Hornets record now stands at 1-5.

The Warriors (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Vancleave (Vancleave, MS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Vancleave was dropped by Our Lady Academy (Bay St. Louis, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
