The Grenada Chargers volleyball team (Grenada, MS), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Pillow Academy Mustangs (Greenwood, MS)

The Mustangs (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage Academy (Columbus, MS). The Patriots enter the MAIS challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Heritage Academy was dropped by Caledonia (Caledonia, MS), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Chargers encounter the Starkville Yellowjackets (Starkville, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 15. Grenada will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to New Hope (Columbus, MS).
