Heard County Braves (Franklin, GA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Braves battle the Callaway Cavaliers (Hogansville, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 11. Heard County will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record.

With the loss, Griffin drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bears host Luella (Luella, GA) to battle the Lions in a non-league match on Monday, August 15. The Lions come into the match with a record of 0-1. Luella lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA)
