Texas High School Volleyball - Shoemaker can't hold off Lancaster

In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Lancaster Tigers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Shoemaker Wolves.
The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Temple (Temple, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Temple was edged by Adams (Dallas, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wolves encounter the South Hills Scorpions (Fort Worth, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 12. Shoemaker will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Scorpions come into the battle with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX).
