The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Walker (Marietta, GA). The Wolverines enter the battle with a 1-1 record.

The Eagles now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Manchester for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 12. South Cobb will encounter a Jaguar squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA). The Jaguar record now stands at 0-1.
