The Grove Ridgerunners nipped the visiting Inola Longhorns softball team by a margin of 3-2 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Ridgerunners now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Charles Page for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 14.
With the loss, Inola moves to 0-1 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK) to meet the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 14.
