In Monday's non-league test, the Grove Ridgerunners (Grove, OK) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Inola Longhorns (Inola, OK), by a tally of 8-0.

Next, the Ridgerunners clash with the Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 13. Grove will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Chieftains go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 4-2 league win over Union (Tulsa, OK).

The Longhorns (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Wagoner (Wagoner, OK). The Bulldogs go into the 4A District 7 test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Wagoner prevailed over Bristow (Bristow, OK), 16-0, in a league test.
