In Tuesday's non-league match, the Person Rockets (Roxboro, NC) volleyball squad tipped the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), by a final score of 2-1.

Next up, the Rockets confront the Franklinton Red Rams (Franklinton, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, August 13. Person will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Red Rams come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Northern Durham (Durham, NC).

With the loss, Cedar Ridge drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Fighting red wolves host Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC) to clash with the Stallions in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 14.
