The Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) softball routed the visiting Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA), 9-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Red Raiders now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Oconee for a 4A Region 8 outing on Thursday, August 14. Madison County will encounter a Titans team coming off a 4-4 non-league Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Titans record now stands at 1-3.

The Indians (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Banks County (Homer, GA). The Leopards go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Banks County prevailed over East Hall (Gainesville, GA), 6-0, in a non-league test.
