Georgia High School Volleyball - Coosa nudged by Model

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Model Blue Devils volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Coosa Eagles.

The Blue Devils (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Heard County (Franklin, GA). The Braves come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Heard County edged Pike County (Zebulon, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Paulding County for a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. Coosa will face a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Alexander (Douglasville, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.
