The Tigers now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Forestburg for a non-league game on Friday, August 15. Electra will confront a Longhorns squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Tishomingo (Tishomingo, OK). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-0.

The Stars (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Bryson (Bryson, TX). The Cowboys go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Bryson gained a win over Chillicothe (Chillicothe, TX), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
