North Carolina High School Volleyball - Franklin over Enka

Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Franklin Panthers (Franklin, NC) and the host Enka Jets (Enka, NC), saw Franklin's volleyball squad notch a victory over Enka by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Franklin improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC) to encounter the Mountaineers in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. The Mountaineers go into the test with a record of 1-0. Kings Mountain won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC)

Next, the Jets meet the Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 14. Enka will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC).
