The St. Patrick Fighting Irish volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Picayune Maroon Tide to 0 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Fighting Irish now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pass Christian for a non-league game on Thursday, August 14. St. Patrick will face a Pirates squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg, MS). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.

The Maroon Tide (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Bay (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Bay was dropped by Vancleave (Vancleave, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
