Georgia High School Volleyball - Lowndes tips Valdosta

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA) and the host Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA), saw Lowndes's volleyball squad nip Valdosta by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Lowndes upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Vikings travel to Thomasville (Thomasville, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 13. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Wildcats now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Tournament Opponent for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 13. Valdosta will play a squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool (Topeka, KS). The record now stands at 2-1.
