The Oglethorpe County Patriots volleyball team (Lexington, GA), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Westminster Christian Academy Lions (Watkinsville, GA)

The Lions (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Walnut Grove went down by Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Patriots encounter the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 16. Oglethorpe County will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hart County (Hartwell, GA).
