The Moss Pirates softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Earlsboro Wildcats to 0 in the Pirates league win on Tuesday.

The Pirates now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bowlegs for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 15. Moss will confront a Bison team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Varnum (Seminole, OK). The Bison record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Earlsboro moves to 0-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Strother (Seminole, OK) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 15. The Yellowjackets come into the battle with a record of 2-0. Strother won 17-3 in their recent non-league battle against Sasakwa (Sasakwa, OK)
