Next, the Gamecocks meet the Jefferson County Warriors (Louisville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 14. Screven County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 12-0 league loss to Washington County (Sandersville, GA).

The War Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, GA). The Gators enter the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Bulloch Academy overcame Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA), 8-1, in a non-league challenge.
