North Carolina High School Volleyball - Ayden - Grifton over Camden County

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) and the host Camden County Bruins (Camden, NC), observed Ayden - Grifton's volleyball team top Camden County by a count of 3-0.

The Chargers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against South Central (Winterville, NC). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, South Central notched a victory over Croatan (Newport, NC), 3-2, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bruins battle the Farmville Central Jaguars (Farmville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 15. Camden County will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Hunt (Wilson, NC).
