The Cardinals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA). The Swordsmen come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Spartans play the Downey Vikings (Downey, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, August 14. Schurr will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA).
